Returns & Exchanges

Returns and Exchanges: Returns and exchanges must be postmarked within 7 days of receiving your order. All items should be returned in their original, undamaged condition.

 

Non-Returnable Items: For hygiene and safety reasons, we cannot accept returns or exchanges on the following items: nail polishes, color gel polishes, liquid products, and any items that have been opened or used.

 

Return Process: Once we receive your returned item, we will inspect it and notify you of its receipt. We will then update you on the status of your return and any applicable refund.

 

 

Refunds: If your return is approved, we will process a refund to your original method of payment. Please note that the time it takes for the credit to appear on your account depends on your card issuer's policies.

 

Shipping Costs: You are responsible for the cost of return shipping. If the return is due to a change of mind or if you no longer want the item, the return shipping cost will be deducted from your refund.

However, if the return is due to a fault with the product or an error on our part, we will cover the return shipping costs and the full amount will be refunded.
